Refund policy
Our policy is 30 days. After 30 days of purchase, unfortunately it is not possible to request a refund or exchange.
In order to make a return, the product must not have been used and must be in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are given (if applicable)
* Book with obvious signs of use
* CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape or vinyl record that has been opened.
* Any product that is not in its original condition, that is damaged or missing parts, and is not due to any error on our part.
* Any product that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds (if applicable)
Once the return item is received and verified, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your return item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed. We will automatically issue the credit to your credit card or payment method for the purchase within a few days.
Late or missing refund (if applicable)
If you still haven't received your refund, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company as it may take some time for a refund to be made.
Then contact your bank. In general, there is a processing time before a refund is made.

Promotional merchandise (if applicable)
Only regular priced items can be refunded, unfortunately merchandise on sale cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email pattonesbr@gmail.com and we will get back to you with the coordinates.
gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when it was purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the amount of your return. You will receive a gift card when we receive the returned item.
If the item was not marked as a gift during purchase, or if the person who made the purchase sent the item to themselves to deliver to you in person, we will send a refund to the gift giver, and that person will know that you requested a return. .

You will be responsible for paying the shipping cost to return the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, return shipping times may vary.
If you are going to ship a product over BRL 100, consider hiring a tracking service or shipping insurance. We do not guarantee receipt of the item you return.
